What suburbs do you service?
We predominately provide home visit services in the City of Port Phillip areas including Albert Park, Balaclava, Elwood, Middle Park, Port Melbourne, Ripponlea, South Melbourne, St Kilda, St Kilda East, St Kilda West, and other parts of Melbourne including Armadale, Brighton, Caulfield, Elsternwick, Prahran, South Yarra and Windsor. Home visits outside of these areas may be considered upon enquiry at an additional travel cost.
Can I claim a private health rebate?
If you have physiotherapy extras you may be entitled to a rebate. Unfortunately, due to privacy most private health funds do not allow us to process your rebate for you at the time of your appointment. This is out of our control. Instead, we can issue you with an itemised receipt that you can use to claim the rebate from your private health fund directly. Be sure to contact your private health fund to find out how much they reimburse per consultation.
Do you accept Team Care Arrangements?
Yes. We accept Team Care Arrangement plans from your GP. Please note that full payment is required on the day of service, and you can claim a rebate through Medicare thereafter.
Do I need to supply anything during the home visit?
Just some towels. We bring a treatment table and all necessary items for the appointment. We kindly request access to a basin for hand hygiene before and after the assessment/treatment. Additionally, mobile mastitis appointments will need access to a power source for the use of therapeutic ultrasound.
Appointment costs vary based on the type and duration of the appointment. Costs can be found underneath the "Services and Pricing" website section. Home visit costs and appointment time are inclusive of set up and pack up.
Please kindly note additional fees may apply in the following instances - travel outside of City of Port Phillip and surrounds, tolls or parking should there be no free parking access at your location. You will be advised of any additional fees prior to your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 10 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full consultation fee. Please note that health fund rebates do not apply in such instances.
Home Visit Conditions
Before your home visit, you will be sent a screening form. You must inform us about: potential hazards (aggressive pets, violence, environmental risks), presence of pets, whether home access involves the use of stairs, details of other individuals present at the home during the visit.
We reserve the right to reschedule the appointment should there be any issues during pre-screening or if the forms are not completed. In the instance of the latter, 50% of the consultation fee will required. Should our safety be compromised at any time during the home visit, we reserve the right to end the consultation effective immediately. The full consultation fees will be charged in such instances.
