With a deep appreciation for the life-changing work of physiotherapists, Emily is driven to help people rediscover their passions and restore their quality of life. Passionate for all things women's health, she creates a nurturing environment for individuals dealing with sensitive prenatal, postnatal, pelvic floor or abdominal issues. By building strong connections with her patients, Emily empowers them to take charge of their journey.

Following gynaecological surgery, her personal experience of navigating a complex recovery process and advocating for herself has been profoundly impactful. This journey has not only enhanced Emily's understanding of the physical and emotional challenges women face but also reshaped her approach to care. As a women's health physiotherapist, Emily brings a deeper level of empathy and insight to her work, fostering a therapeutic environment that empowers women to regain confidence and trust in their bodies whilst being heard and fully supported.

Emily's work in private practice, unravelled countless conversations with women who face daunting barriers to accessing care during the antenatal and postpartum period. Challenges such as juggling multiple medical appointments during pregnancy alongside work commitments, leaving the house while managing physical discomfort or pain, balancing childcare responsibilities to attend appointments or ensuring the baby's needs are met while leaving the house whilst riddled with mastitis, can be overwhelming for women accessing care. These discussions have provided her with a deeper understanding of the systemic obstacles women encounter to seek care, inspiring her to create a more accessible service direct to her patients door.

At the heart of Emily's approach is personalised care. She works collaboratively with each patient, acknowledging their unique experiences and strengths. Her goal is to help women overcome stigma and shame, fostering confidence and self-awareness through holistic care and expert support. Emily is particularly passionate about proactive prenatal and postpartum care, advocating for preventive measures that support women's bodies through life's significant transitions.
